He was born on 03.09.1945 in Popovo. He is lecturer in the National Sport Academy. He worked as a coach of the national Bulgarian teams in wrestling, in the Levski Spartak and Academic (Sf) athletic clubs. Honored coach. In Slavia since 2001.
